A friendly guide to choosing your first crystals, their meanings, and simple ways to work with their energy.

Whether you’re drawn to the gentle glow of rose quartz or the vibrant rainbows of labradorite, every crystal holds a story and a vibration all on its own. In this guide, we’ll explore five beginner-friendly stones that are easy to connect with, powerful to work with, and perfect for starting your crystal journey.

First of all can I ask; Have you ever just looked a crystal? Why yes! I hear a lot of you say, but I mean really looked at it, no matter what shape you decide to buy, whether its a sphere, or a point, maybe you like the shape of a pyramid or just how nature created it, if you really look at it you will see the history of natures creation, the colours and patterns held within are different with every piece. In fact a good way to bond with your crystals is to look at them, take in every colour, every pattern, examine the inclusions, by doing this you will connect with them and begin to feel their energy.

I will quickly explain the 5 crystals that I will suggest today, but in the next 5 blogs I will go in depth, honing in on each crystal with each blog, discovering the properties right down to what ancient cultures thought of them. For example, did you know that Egyptians crushed Rose Quartz down and put it into face masks, because it was believed that it would give them everlasting beauty? I know! You`ve got to love their passion for eternal beauty! So in honour of that fact lets start with Rose Quartz.
